SC Hospitality was established in 2004 to capture the growth opportunities from Macau’s undervalued real estate sector. Since then the assets under management have grown to EUR 500 million across seven funds – the London Stock Exchange listed Macau Property Opportunities Fund and other private closed-end funds in Macau, China, Southeast Asia and Portugal.
The investment approach is highly specialized and thematically-driven. We focus on identifying early-stage investment opportunities positioned to benefit from long-term economic and demographic trends. We are also highly experienced in heritage preservation.
FUND MANAGEMENT
BlueCrow Capital was established in 2010 and it holds the entire capital of two financial licences regulated by the Securities Market Commission (CMVM), with which it models and manages venture capital investment funds and provides investment advisory services. Bluecrow has more than EUR 600 million assets under management across 16 funds with more than 50 portfolio companies.
The main activities include structuring and setting up investment and divestment strategies, financing projects at different stages of development and monitoring and managing assets. BlueCrow promote continuous learning and cultivate best practices in environmental, social and governance (ESG) terms, both in investment methodology and policies and in how to influence the various companies and clients in collaboration.
